1. Duty of Care & User Responsibility

WasteBolt is a tool designed to facilitate digital record-keeping for waste management. The User retains full legal responsibility for ensuring that all data entered (including EWC codes, weights, and descriptions) is accurate and complies with the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations and other applicable UK laws.

2. Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: New accounts include a 7-day free trial. Upon expiry, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Admin Pass: Grants access to the full dashboard and reporting tools.
• Driver Seats: These are additional paid add-ons billed annually. Access is restricted to the mobile-reporting interface.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. Accuracy of Free Tools

Our Free WTN Generator and EWC Code Lookup tools are provided "as-is" for guidance only. AR Enviro Consultancy Services does not warrant that these tools will meet specific regulatory audit requirements without professional oversight.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Enviro Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions taken against the User by the Environment Agency (EA), NIEA, NRW, or any other regulatory body resulting from the use of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and logic of WasteBolt are the exclusive property of AR Enviro Consultancy Services. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during their active subscription period.
